its new touch pad Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Europe following a court decision handed down by the Commercial Court of Düsseldorf, Germany. Now the ban has been lifted in part because the court considers that ultimately has no power to enforce such a decision the whole of Europe. Suddenly, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now banned in Germany and it was not until August 25, when Samsung will have to prove that he has not pumped the iPad, whether the court will return to its decision or whether to grant leave to the new Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany… Read the rest of this entry »
